Planning

We’ve heard that some residents have missed recent planning applications or are unsure as to how to find out more details.
So we’ve put together an easy guide below:
1. For quick reference, any planning applications that the Parish Council review (ie: are within the parish or large enough to affect us) are on the spreadsheet below, or you can click here to view  This is a direct link to the PC tracking spreadsheet, not an official EHDC list.
2. The EHDC planning portal is the definitive place to find all details including links to relevant documents, such as plans, drawings and public comments.
You can search by application number or just search for those in Froyle (under search or search planning applications, find ‘Location Details’, find ‘Community’ and select Froyle CP) You will need to register and create a login to use the portal and it is different than your MyEHDC account.
3. If you have any comments or objections to make, it is important that you do this via the EHDC planning portal, so that your democratic voice can be heard as every person’s feedback is taken into account.
4. The Parish Council reviews planning applications each time we meet. We publicise meetings online, on posters and on facebook or you can check the next meeting details here . The meeting is open to the public, so you are free to come along and discuss any aspects of any planning applications or other business.
