We are lucky enough to have the most wonderful archive of our village history which has been curated by Chris and Annette Booth;

Known as ‘The Froyle Archive” it contains stories, documents and photographs which have taken a lifetime to gather and organise.

It can be found at https://froyle.com/main.htm

We have a selection of books written by the Booths available for a donation of £10 each, please contact the Parish Clerk on clerk@froyleparishcouncil.org.uk if you would like one.

  • Froyle – 100 Years of Memories  (written to celebrate the Millennium) and
  • Lest We Forget – Froyle in the Great War (written to commemorate the start of the First World War)
  • A Village School
