Casual Vacancy for Councillor

1. There are two vacancies on Froyle Parish Council caused by resignation.
2. A by-election to fill the vacancy will be held if, within 14 days (not counting a Saturday or Sunday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, or a Bank Holiday) from the date below, ten electors for the ward/parish give notice in writing claiming such an election to the Returning Officer.
3. The Address of the Returning Officer is: EHDC, Monterey House, Bedford Road, Petersfield, Hampshire, GU32 3LJ 
4. If no such notice is given the Parish Council will fill the vacancy by co-option.
